Plant Guarantee Program
We stand behind our work with a professional guarantee on installed plants. This program is designed to give our clients peace of mind and confidence in the durability of their landscape investment.
Guarantee Parameters
To qualify for the guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
- All installation must be performed by Arborist On Demand, LLC.
- An appropriate irrigation system or approved watering schedule must be in place and followed.
- Mulching, soil amendments, and establishment care provided by our team cannot be altered during the first year.
- Guarantee covers replacement within 1 year for plants that fail due to installation-related issues.
- Exclusions: acts of nature, neglect, vandalism, or failure to follow recommended care.
